หมวด ๓หน้าที่ของผู้รับใบอนุญาตเกี่ยวกับปุ๋ย

ผู้รับใบอนุญาตซึ่งประสงค์จะย้ายสถานที่ผลิตปุ๋ยเพื่อการค้า สถานที่ขายปุ๋ย สถานที่นำเข้าปุ๋ย สถานที่ส่งออกปุ๋ย หรือสถานที่เก็บปุ๋ย แล้วแต่กรณี ต้องแจ้งย้ายสถานที่ดังกล่าวเป็นหนังสือต่อพนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่ภายในสิบห้าวันนับแต่วันที่ย้าย
