หมวด ๔การควบคุมปุ๋ย
(๑) ปุ๋ยปลอม
(๒) ปุ๋ยเคมีผิดมาตรฐาน
(๓) ปุ๋ยเคมีเสื่อมคุณภาพ เว้นแต่กรณีตามมาตรา ๓๑ (๔) ปุ๋ยชีวภาพต่ำกว่าเกณฑ์ หรือปุ๋ยอินทรีย์ต่ำกว่าเกณฑ์
(๕) ปุ๋ยที่ต้องขึ้นทะเบียน แต่มิได้ขึ้นทะเบียนไว้
(๖) ปุ๋ยที่รัฐมนตรีสั่งเพิกถอนทะเบียน
(๗) ปุ๋ยที่มีสารเป็นพิษเกินกว่าที่รัฐมนตรีประกาศกำหนด
