หมวด ๓ หน้าที่ของผู้รับใบอนุญาตเกี่ยวกับเมล็ดพันธุ์ควบคุม
(๑) บรรจุเมล็ดพันธุ์ควบคุมในภาชนะบรรจุนอกสถานที่ที่กำหนดไว้ในใบอนุญาต หรือ (๒) ขายเมล็ดพันธุ์ควบคุมที่บรรจุในภาชนะบรรจุไม่ตรงตามฉลาก
