หมวด ๓ หน้าที่ของผู้รับใบอนุญาตเกี่ยวกับเมล็ดพันธุ์ควบคุม
(๑) จัดให้มีป้ายไว้ในที่เปิดเผยซึ่งเห็นได้ง่ายจากภายนอกอาคารแสดงว่าเป็นสถานที่ขายเมล็ดพันธุ์ควบคุม ลักษณะ ขนาดของป้าย และข้อความที่แสดงในป้าย ให้เป็นไปตามที่กำหนดในกฎกระทรวง
(๒) ดูแลฉลากที่ภาชนะบรรจุเมล็ดพันธุ์ควบคุมตามมาตรา ๒๒ (๒) ให้คงอยู่ครบถ้วนและชัดเจน
