หมวด ๒ คณะกรรมการปฏิรูปที่ดินเพื่อเกษตรกรรม และคณะกรรมการปฏิรูปที่ดินจังหวัด

กรรมการซึ่งได้รับแต่งตั้งต้องไม่เป็นผู้มีส่วนได้เสียในสัญญากับ ส.ป.ก. หรือในกิจการที่กระทำให้แก่ ส.ป.ก. ทั้งนี้ ไม่ว่าโดยทางตรงหรือทางอ้อม
