หมวด ๓ การดำเนินการปฏิรูปที่ดินเพื่อเกษตรกรรม

ถ้า ส.ป.ก. ได้ที่ดินแปลงใดมาโดยการจัดซื้อหรือเวนคืนหรือได้มาตามมาตรา ๒๕ ทวิ เพื่อใช้ในการปฏิรูปที่ดินเพื่อเกษตรกรรม ให้สิทธิของผู้เช่าที่ดินแปลงนั้นตามสัญญาเช่าหรือตามกฎหมายว่าด้วยการเช่าที่ดินเพื่อเกษตรกรรมเป็นอันสิ้นสุดลง
