(๑) ประกาศของคณะปฏิวัติ ฉบับที่ ๓๑ ลงวันที่ ๒๙ พฤศจิกายน พ.ศ. ๒๕๐๑ และ (๒) ประกาศของคณะปฏิวัติ ฉบับที่ ๒๒๗ ลงวันที่ ๑๘ ตุลาคม พ.ศ. ๒๕๑๕ บรรดาบทกฎหมาย กฎ และข้อบังคับอื่นในส่วนที่มีบัญญัติไว้แล้วในพระราชบัญญัตินี้ หรือซึ่งขัดหรือแย้งกับบทแห่งพระราชบัญญัตินี้ ให้ใช้พระราชบัญญัตินี้แทน
