หมวด ๑ คณะกรรมการน้ำบาดาล
(๑) ให้ความเห็นหรือคำแนะนำแก่รัฐมนตรีในเรื่องการออกกฎกระทรวง หรือประกาศที่ต้องประกาศในราชกิจจานุเบกษา หรือในเรื่องอื่นที่ต้องปฏิบัติการตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้
(๒) ให้ความเห็นหรือคำแนะนำแก่อธิบดีเกี่ยวกับการปฏิบัติการตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้
