หมวด ๕ การแก้ไขใบอนุญาตและการเพิกถอนใบอนุญาต

เมื่อปรากฏว่าการประกอบกิจการน้ำบาดาลของผู้รับใบอนุญาตผู้ใดจะก่อให้เกิดความเสียหายต่อสิ่งแวดล้อมในเขตน้ำบาดาล อธิบดีมีอำนาจสั่ง และกำหนดวิธีการให้ผู้รับใบอนุญาตแก้ไขเพื่อป้องกันความเสียหายนั้นได้ตามที่เห็นสมควร
