ให้ศาลจังหวัดพะเยามีเขตตลอดท้องที่จังหวัดพะเยา บรรดาคดีของเขตท้องที่อำเภอจุน อำเภอเชียงคำ อำเภอเชียงม่วน อำเภอดอกคำใต้ อำเภอปง อำเภอพะเยา และอำเภอแม่ใจ จังหวัดเชียงราย ซึ่งค้างพิจารณาอยู่ในศาลจังหวัดเชียงราย ในวันที่พระราชบัญญัตินี้ใช้บังคับ ให้คงพิจารณาพิพากษาในศาลจังหวัดเชียงราย
