ให้เหรียญกษาปณ์ชนิดทองขาว ราคาห้าบาท ลักษณะเก้าเหลี่ยมซึ่งกระทรวงการคลังจัดทำและนำออกใช้ตามกฎกระทรวง ฉบับที่ ๑๔ (พ.ศ. ๒๕๑๕) ออกตามความในพระราชบัญญัติเงินตรา พ.ศ. ๒๕๐๑ และกฎกระทรวง ฉบับที่ ๑๙ (พ.ศ. ๒๕๑๖) ออกตามความในพระราชบัญญัติเงินตรา พ.ศ. ๒๕๐๑ ไม่เป็นเงินที่ชำระหนี้ได้ตามกฎหมาย
