การจ่าย ช.ค.บ. ให้นำกฎหมายว่าด้วยการจ่ายเงินเดือน เงินปี บำเหน็จ บำนาญ และเงินอื่นในลักษณะเดียวกัน มาใช้บังคับโดยอนุโลม เว้นแต่ในกรณีผู้รับเบี้ยหวัดบำนาญถึงแก่ความตาย ให้จ่าย ช.ค.บ. เพียงวันที่ถึงแก่ความตาย
