หมวด ๒ คณะกรรมการและผู้ว่าการ
(๑) ไม่มีส่วนได้เสียในธุรกิจที่กระทำกับ กปภ. หรือในกิจการที่เป็นการแข่งขันกับกิจการของ กปภ. ทั้งนี้ ไม่ว่าโดยทางตรงหรือโดยทางอ้อม
(๒) มีคุณสมบัติและไม่มีลักษณะต้องห้ามตามกฎหมายว่าด้วยคุณสมบัติมาตรฐานสำหรับกรรมการและพนักงานรัฐวิสาหกิจ
