หมวด ๑ การจัดตั้ง ทุน และทุนสำรอง
(๑) เงินและทรัพย์สินที่โอนมาตามมาตรา ๔๙ และมาตรา ๕๐ เมื่อได้หักหนี้สินออกแล้ว
(๒) เงินที่ได้รับการจัดสรรให้ตามพระราชบัญญัติงบประมาณรายจ่าย เพื่อดำเนินงานหรือขยายกิจการ
(๓) เงินหรือทรัพย์สินที่มีผู้อุทิศให้
