หมวด ๗ ผู้ประจำรถ

ห้ามมิให้ผู้ได้รับใบอนุญาตปฏิบัติหน้าที่เป็นผู้ประจำรถกระทำการใด ๆ ให้ผู้โดยสารจำต้องลงจากรถก่อนที่จะได้โดยสารถึงจุดหมายปลายทาง โดยที่ได้ชำระค่าโดยสารถูกต้องตามอัตราที่กำหนดแล้ว
