หมวด ๙ สถานีขนส่ง

ให้อธิบดีมีอำนาจกำกับและควบคุมการดำเนินการที่เกี่ยวกับสถานีขนส่งให้เป็นไปตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้ และเพื่อประโยชน์แห่งการนี้จะแต่งตั้งข้าราชการและหรือลูกจ้างสังกัดกรมการขนส่งทางบกทำหน้าที่เป็นนายสถานีและเจ้าหน้าที่สถานีตามจำนวนที่เห็นสมควร มีอำนาจกำกับและควบคุมดังกล่าวด้วยก็ได้
