หมวด ๙ สถานีขนส่ง

ผู้ได้รับใบอนุญาตจัดตั้งและดำเนินการสถานีขนส่งต้องจัดให้มีสมุดทะเบียนการเดินรถที่ผ่านเข้าออกสถานีขนส่งตามแบบที่อธิบดีกำหนด สมุดทะเบียนการเดินรถต้องเก็บรักษาไว้ในที่ทำการของสถานีขนส่งแห่งนั้น พร้อมที่จะให้นายทะเบียน พนักงานตรวจสภาพหรือผู้ตรวจการตรวจดูได้ทุกเวลา
