(๑) พระราชบัญญัติการขนส่ง พ.ศ. ๒๔๙๗ (๒) พระราชบัญญัติการขนส่ง (ฉบับที่ ๒) พ.ศ. ๒๕๑๐ (๓) พระราชบัญญัติการขนส่ง (ฉบับที่ ๓) พ.ศ. ๒๕๑๘ บรรดาบทกฎหมาย กฎ และข้อบังคับอื่นในส่วนที่มีบัญญัติไว้แล้วในพระราชบัญญัตินี้ หรือซึ่งขัดหรือแย้งกับบทแห่งพระราชบัญญัตินี้ ให้ใช้พระราชบัญญัตินี้แทน
