(๒) ลักษณะ ชนิด และขนาดของรถและเครื่องหมายของผู้ประกอบการขนส่งที่ต้องให้ปรากฏประจำรถทุกคัน
(๓) สถานที่เก็บ ซ่อม และบำรุงรักษา
(๔) จำนวนผู้ประจำรถ
(๕) เงื่อนไขอื่นที่กำหนดในกฎกระทรวง
