หมวด ๔ การชดใช้ค่าเสียหายที่เกิดจากการขนส่ง

ในการวางหลักทรัพย์ซึ่งเป็นพันธบัตรรัฐบาลไทย ให้ผู้ได้รับใบอนุญาตประกอบการขนส่งทำหนังสือมอบอำนาจให้นายทะเบียนกลางมีอำนาจจัดการจำหน่ายพันธบัตรนั้น เพื่อชดใช้ค่าเสียหายแทนผู้ได้รับใบอนุญาตประกอบการขนส่งด้วย
