หมวด ๖ รถ

รถที่ใช้ในการขนส่งต้องมีสภาพมั่นคงแข็งแรง มีเครื่องอุปกรณ์และส่วนควบถูกต้องตามที่กำหนดในกฎกระทรวงกับได้จดทะเบียนตามมาตรา ๗๓ และเสียภาษีตามมาตรา ๘๕ แล้ว รถที่ใช้ในการขนส่งที่เสียภาษีตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้แล้ว ให้ได้รับยกเว้นไม่ต้องเสียภาษีรถยนต์ตามกฎหมายว่าด้วยรถยนต์
