หมวด ๖ รถ

ผู้ได้รับใบอนุญาตจัดตั้งสถานตรวจสภาพรถผู้ใดไม่ปฏิบัติตามเงื่อนไขที่กำหนดในกฎกระทรวงตามมาตรา ๗๔ ให้นายทะเบียนกลางมีอำนาจสั่งเพิกถอนใบอนุญาตจัดตั้งสถานตรวจสภาพรถนั้นได้ ให้นำมาตรา ๔๗ มาตรา ๔๘ และมาตรา ๔๙ มาใช้บังคับแก่การจัดตั้งสถานตรวจสภาพรถที่ได้รับอนุญาตโดยอนุโลม
