หมวด ๖ รถ

รถที่ได้จดทะเบียนและเสียภาษีแล้ว ถ้าต่อมามีการแก้ไขเปลี่ยนแปลงหรือปรับปรุงเพิ่มเติม เป็นเหตุให้รถมีน้ำหนักเพิ่มขึ้นจากเดิม เจ้าของรถจะต้องเสียภาษีเพิ่มตามน้ำหนักที่เพิ่มขึ้นด้วย และให้นำมาตรา ๘๖ วรรคสอง วรรคสาม และวรรคสี่มาใช้บังคับโดยอนุโลม
