ส่วนที่ ๑ การจัดตั้ง

เมื่อได้ประกาศเขตพื้นที่ใดเป็นนิคมอุตสาหกรรมตามมาตรา ๓๙ แล้ว ให้ กนอ. มีอำนาจกำหนดราคาขาย ค่าเช่า และค่าเช่าซื้ออสังหาริมทรัพย์หรือสังหาริมทรัพย์ และค่าบำรุงรักษาสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก ตลอดจนค่าบริการในนิคมอุตสาหกรรมนั้น ทั้งนี้ ตามความเหมาะสมในด้านธุรกิจ
