ให้ กนอ. จัดให้มีกองทุนสงเคราะห์หรือการสงเคราะห์อื่นเพื่อสวัสดิการของผู้ปฏิบัติงานใน กนอ. และครอบครัว ในกรณีพ้นจากตำแหน่ง ประสบอุบัติเหตุเจ็บป่วย ตาย หรือกรณีอื่นอันควรแก่การสงเคราะห์
