ส่วนที่ ๒ การประกอบกิจการ ประโยชน์ และข้อห้าม

ของใดที่มีบทบัญญัติแห่งกฎหมายให้ได้รับยกเว้นหรือคืนค่าภาษีอากรเมื่อได้ส่งออกไปนอกราชอาณาจักร แม้มิได้ส่งออกแต่ได้นำเข้าไปในเขตประกอบการเสรีเพื่อใช้ตามมาตรา ๔๘ (๑) หรือ (๒) ให้ของนั้นได้รับยกเว้นหรือคืนค่าภาษีอากรโดยถือเสมือนว่าได้ส่งออกไปนอกราชอาณาจักรในวันที่นำเข้าไปในเขตประกอบการเสรี
