ส่วนที่ ๑ การขอรับสิทธิบัตร

ผู้ขอรับสิทธิบัตรอาจขอแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมคำขอรับสิทธิบัตรได้ตามหลักเกณฑ์และวิธีการที่กำหนดโดยกฎกระทรวง แต่การแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมนั้นต้องไม่เป็นการเพิ่มเติมสาระสำคัญของการประดิษฐ์
