ส่วนที่ ๑ การขอรับสิทธิบัตร

ห้ามมิให้บุคคลใดซึ่งรู้อยู่ว่าการประดิษฐ์นั้นได้มีผู้ยื่นคำขอรับสิทธิบัตรไว้แล้วเปิดเผยรายละเอียดการประดิษฐ์ไม่ว่าโดยวิธีใด ๆ หรือกระทำโดยประการอื่นที่อาจจะก่อให้เกิดความเสียหายแก่ผู้ขอรับสิทธิบัตรก่อนมีการประกาศโฆษณาตามมาตรา ๒๘ เว้นแต่จะได้รับความยินยอมเป็นหนังสือจากผู้ขอรับสิทธิบัตร
