(๑) พระราชบัญญัติคนเข้าเมือง พ.ศ. ๒๔๙๓ (๒) พระราชบัญญัติคนเข้าเมือง (ฉบับที่ ๒) พ.ศ. ๒๔๙๗ บรรดาบทกฎหมาย กฎ และข้อบังคับอื่นในส่วนที่มีบัญญัติไว้แล้วในพระราชบัญญัตินี้หรือซึ่งขัดหรือแย้งกับบทแห่งพระราชบัญญัตินี้ ให้ใช้พระราชบัญญัตินี้แทน
