ให้ถือว่าหลักฐานการแจ้งออกนอกราชอาณาจักรเพื่อกลับเข้ามาอีกซึ่งพนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่ได้ทำไว้ในใบสำคัญถิ่นที่อยู่ของคนต่างด้าวก่อนวันที่พระราชบัญญัตินี้ใช้บังคับ เป็นหลักฐานการแจ้งออกนอกราชอาณาจักร เพื่อกลับเข้ามาอีกตามที่บัญญัติไว้ในพระราชบัญญัตินี้
