Section 18 พระราชบัญญัติการรับเด็กเป็นบุตรบุญธรรม พ.ศ. 2522

ห้ามมิให้ผู้ใดพาหรือจัดส่งเด็กออกไปนอกราชอาณาจักรเพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ให้มีการรับเด็กเป็นบุตรบุญธรรมไม่ว่าโดยทางตรงหรือทางอ้อม เว้นแต่จะได้รับอนุญาตจากรัฐมนตรี ตามหลักเกณฑ์ วิธีการและเงื่อนไขที่กำหนดในกฎกระทรวง
