อาคารซึ่งได้รับใบอนุญาตให้ทำการก่อสร้างหรือดัดแปลง และได้กระทำการเสร็จแล้วก่อนวันที่พระราชบัญญัตินี้ใช้บังคับ แม้จะเข้าลักษณะเป็นอาคารประเภทควบคุมการใช้ตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้ ก็ให้ได้รับยกเว้นไม่ต้องปฏิบัติตามมาตรา ๓๒ วรรคสอง
