หมวด ๒ ภาษีประจำปี

ในกรณีที่มีการจดทะเบียนเปลี่ยนประเภทรถหรือเปลี่ยนการใช้รถผิดไปจากที่จดทะเบียนไว้ในระหว่างปี ถ้าเป็นเหตุให้เสียภาษีลดลง เจ้าของรถไม่มีสิทธิได้รับคืนภาษีส่วนที่เสียเกิน แต่ถ้าต้องเสียภาษีเพิ่มขึ้น เจ้าของรถต้องเสียภาษีเฉพาะส่วนที่เพิ่มขึ้นให้ครบถ้วนถูกต้องเมื่อจะต้องขอจดทะเบียน
