หมวด ๒ ภาษีประจำปี

ในระหว่างที่เจ้าของรถค้างชำระภาษีประจำปี ให้นายทะเบียนมีอำนาจที่จะไม่รับดำเนินการทางทะเบียนจนกว่าเจ้าของรถจะเสียภาษีที่ค้างชำระให้ครบถ้วนก่อน หรือได้มีการดำเนินการตามมาตรา ๓๕/๒ วรรคสองแล้ว
