หมวด ๓ หน้าที่ของผู้รับอนุญาตเกี่ยวกับอาหาร

ผู้รับอนุญาตต้องแสดงใบอนุญาตหรือใบแทนใบอนุญาต แล้วแต่กรณี ไว้ในที่เปิดเผยเห็นได้ง่าย ณ สถานที่ผลิตหรือสถานที่นำเข้าซึ่งอาหารที่ระบุไว้ในใบอนุญาต และต้องติดหรือจัดป้ายแสดงสถานที่ผลิต หรือสถานที่นำเข้าที่ได้รับอนุญาตไว้ภายนอกสถานที่ในที่เปิดเผยให้เห็นได้ง่ายด้วย
