Section 19 พระราชบัญญัติการส่งออกไปนอกและการนำเข้ามาในราชอาณาจักรซึ่งสินค้า พ.ศ. 2522

ในกรณีที่บุคคลใดประสงค์จะให้พนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่ปฏิบัติงานตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้ในวันหยุดราชการหรือนอกเวลาราชการหรือนอกสถานที่ทำการโดยปกติไม่ว่าในหรือนอกเวลาราชการ จะต้องเสียค่าป่วยการให้แก่พนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่ผู้ปฏิบัติงานดังกล่าว ตามอัตราที่กำหนดในกฎกระทรวง และจ่ายค่าพาหนะเดินทางให้แก่พนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่เท่าที่จำเป็นและใช้จ่ายไปจริง
