ผู้กู้จะโอนกรรมสิทธิ์ในที่ดินและ/หรือเคหะระหว่างจำนองกับธนาคารให้แก่ผู้อื่นไม่ได้ เว้นแต่จะได้ไถ่ถอนจำนองเรียบร้อยแล้ว
