หมวด ๒ การเช่านา

ถ้าปรากฏว่าบุคคลหนึ่งบุคคลใดได้เข้าใช้ที่ดินของผู้อื่นเพื่อทำนามาแล้วอย่างน้อยหนึ่งฤดูการทำนา ถ้าบุคคลนั้นอ้างว่าตนเป็นผู้เช่านา ให้สันนิษฐานไว้ก่อนว่าได้มีการเช่านากันตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้ เว้นแต่เจ้าของที่ดินจะพิสูจน์ได้เป็นอย่างอื่น
