Section 5/1 พระราชบัญญัติการเช่าที่ดินเพื่อเกษตรกรรม พ.ศ. 2524

พระราชบัญญัตินี้มิให้ใช้บังคับกับการเช่าที่ผู้เช่าเป็นนิติบุคคล เว้นแต่ในกรณีที่มีการกระทำซึ่งฝ่าฝืนหรือไม่ปฏิบัติตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้ และเป็นการเช่าที่ผู้เช่าเป็นนิติบุคคล ให้นำบทบัญญัติตามหมวด ๔ บทกำหนดโทษ มาใช้บังคับแก่กรณีดังกล่าวด้วย
