ให้ผู้อำนวยการมีอำนาจแต่งตั้งนายทหารสัญญาบัตรซึ่งมียศตั้งแต่ร้อยตรี เรือตรี เรืออากาศตรีขึ้นไป หรือข้าราชการตำรวจยศตั้งแต่ร้อยตำรวจตรีขึ้นไป หรือข้าราชการตั้งแต่ระดับ ๓ ขึ้นไป เป็นพนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่ตามความจำเป็น
