Section 10 พระราชบัญญัติบัตรประจำตัวประชาชน พ.ศ. 2526

ภายใต้บังคับมาตรา ๗/๑ ผู้มีส่วนได้เสียโดยตรงจะขอตรวจหลักฐาน รายการหรือข้อมูลใดเกี่ยวกับบัตร และจะขอให้พนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่ถ่ายเอกสารหรือคัดและรับรองสำเนาด้วยก็ได้ ทั้งนี้ ตามหลักเกณฑ์ วิธีการ และเงื่อนไขที่กำหนดในกฎกระทรวง
