Section 13 พระราชบัญญัติบัตรประจำตัวประชาชน พ.ศ. 2526
(๑) ไม่ส่งมอบบัตรหรือใบรับหรือใบแทนใบรับตามมาตรา ๙ ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินห้าปีหรือปรับไม่เกินหนึ่งแสนบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ
(๒) ใช้หรือแสดงบัตรหรือใบรับหรือใบแทนใบรับ ซึ่งตนหมดสิทธิใช้ตามมาตรา ๙ ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินสิบปีและปรับไม่เกินสองแสนบาท
