ผู้ใดเอาไปเสียหรือยึดไว้ซึ่งบัตรหรือใบรับหรือใบแทนใบรับของผู้อื่น เพื่อประโยชน์สำหรับตนเองหรือผู้อื่นโดยมิชอบ ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินหกเดือนและปรับไม่เกินหนึ่งหมื่นบาท
