(๑) วันที่อายุครบเจ็ดปีบริบูรณ์
(๒) วันที่ได้สัญชาติไทย สำหรับผู้ไม่ได้สัญชาติไทยโดยการเกิด หรือได้กลับคืนสัญชาติไทยตามกฎหมายว่าด้วยสัญชาติ
(๓) วันที่นายทะเบียนเพิ่มชื่อในทะเบียนบ้านตามกฎหมายว่าด้วยการทะเบียนราษฎร
(๔) วันที่พ้นสภาพจากการได้รับการยกเว้น
