หมวด ๔ กองทุนอ้อยและน้ำตาลทราย

ให้ชาวไร่อ้อยและโรงงานชำระค่าธรรมเนียมเพื่อการบริหารจัดการอุตสาหกรรมอ้อยและน้ำตาลทราย และเพื่อการวิจัยและพัฒนาอุตสาหกรรมอ้อยและน้ำตาลทราย โดยคำนวณจากปริมาณอ้อยที่ส่งให้แก่โรงงานและจากปริมาณน้ำตาลทรายและผลพลอยได้ที่ผลิตได้ แล้วแต่กรณี ตามระเบียบที่คณะกรรมการกำหนด
