(๑) ปฏิบัติตามระเบียบและประกาศที่คณะกรรมการกำหนด
(๒) รายงานปริมาณอ้อยที่จะได้รับจากชาวไร่อ้อยและส่งให้แก่โรงงานตามแบบ วิธีการ และระยะเวลาที่คณะกรรมการอ้อยกำหนด
