บรรดากฎกระทรวง ข้อบังคับ ประกาศ ระเบียบ คำสั่ง และมติคณะรัฐมนตรีเกี่ยวกับอ้อยและน้ำตาลทรายที่ใช้บังคับอยู่ก่อนวันที่พระราชบัญญัตินี้ประกาศในราชกิจจานุเบกษา ให้ยังคงใช้บังคับต่อไปเพียงเท่าที่ไม่ขัดหรือแย้งกับบทแห่งพระราชบัญญัตินี้ ทั้งนี้ จนกว่าจะมีระเบียบหรือประกาศที่ออกตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้ใช้บังคับ
