Section 15/2 พระราชกำหนดการกู้ยืมเงินที่เป็นการฉ้อโกงประชาชน พ.ศ. 2527

ในกรณีคนต่างด้าวต้องคำพิพากษาถึงที่สุดว่ากระทำความผิดตามมาตรา ๔ หรือมาตรา ๕ ให้เนรเทศผู้นั้นออกนอกราชอาณาจักรตามกฎหมายว่าด้วยการเนรเทศ ถ้าผู้นั้นจะต้องรับโทษก็ให้รับโทษก่อน
