หมวด ๖ ข้อบัญญัติ

ร่างข้อบัญญัติกรุงเทพมหานครที่สภากรุงเทพมหานครไม่เห็นชอบด้วยให้เป็นอันตกไป ยกเว้นร่างข้อบัญญัติงบประมาณรายจ่าย ร่างข้อบัญญัติที่ตกไปตามวรรคหนึ่ง ผู้ว่าราชการกรุงเทพมหานครหรือสมาชิกสภากรุงเทพมหานครจะเสนอใหม่ได้เมื่อพ้นหนึ่งร้อยแปดสิบวันนับแต่วันที่สภากรุงเทพมหานครไม่เห็นชอบด้วยกับร่างข้อบัญญัตินั้น
