หมวด ๓ การจัดหางานเพื่อไปทำงานในต่างประเทศ

ในกรณีที่คนหางานได้ค่าจ้าง ตำแหน่งงาน หรือสิทธิประโยชน์อื่นตรงตามที่กำหนดไว้ในสัญญาจัดหางานแต่ไม่ยอมปฏิบัติตามสัญญา ผู้รับอนุญาตจัดหางานเพื่อไปทำงานในต่างประเทศไม่ต้องรับผิดชอบในการจัดการให้คนหางานดังกล่าวเดินทางกลับประเทศไทยแต่ต้องดำเนินการตามมาตรา ๓๙ (๒)
